I implemented Solaris support in kr/pty (see https://github.com/kr/pty/pull/64) using gotty as a test harness. I did change the function ResizeTerminal in local_command.go to use pty.Setsize, an equivalent implementation that was added to kr/pty (and which works on Solaris).
Verified on SmartOS 20170302T081240Z amd64 with Go 1.11.4.
