What's new in this PR?

In order to use baseline profiles correctly in the app, we are preparing the current setup, this PR has":

• This makes the baseline profile generation run on CI.
• Reuses @emmaoke-w work on QA automation to have disposable users for benchmark/baseline generation.
• Keep possibility to run locally the profiles by using args.

Needs to be merged to develop after:

• chore(benchmark): apply baseline profile plugin and generate new baseline (WPB-24725) (WPB-24727) #4824
