The existing list is meant for camera/microphone tracks, not all tracks.

I'd argue the existing prose here was broken, saying "Once ended, a track will continue exposing a [subset]" (the word "continue" here implies constraints that were exposed while "live"). It's not a license to expose new/different constraints once ended. Should be no webcompat issue here.
