This pull request adds documentation for the webhook delivery contract in Shopware, clarifying what app developers can expect regarding delivery guarantees, retry policies, ordering, and endpoint health. It also updates the main webhook documentation to clearly direct readers to the new delivery contract documentation for details on reliability, retries, and idempotency.
This is an ongoing WIP going hand in hand with shopware/shopware#16555
