Add native Kotlin Android client to the Android section

Updated the Android section to list both available F-Droid apps with short descriptions.

I built croc-app, a native Kotlin/Jetpack Compose Android client with a modern, mobile-first UI, and wanted to add it alongside the existing listing so users know it's available.

Cool app! I was able to send files from my mobile device through my relay without telling your app my relay password. And I received them on desktop with GUI https://github.com/abakum/crocgui/releases/tag/v1.11.56. My application is localized for Russian, Turkish, Japanese, and Chinese-speaking users. It has a WebDAV access mode for the sender's files, which allows you to, for example, watch a single concert number without downloading the entire concert video. It also includes a chat with video conferencing through the croc tunnel, call recording (and for desktop, screen sharing of browser tabs, any app window, or the entire screen). I am glad you liked the app.

My app, croc-app work entirely on croc so all relay handling and other operations are done by croc.

Currently croc-app is a modern interface for croc with some utility. Additional features can be added depending on its userbase.

I will surely try your app; building on existing croc features sound intresting.
