Migrate rhel-9-golang-1.26 branch content into the hierarchical folder structure on the golang branch. Image yml and Dockerfile are renamed to include version and RHEL variant. group.yml and streams.yml are initialized as merged files containing rhel-9 data. Image yml additions: distgit.branch and targets fields to support per-image overrides in the merged group layout. Create rhel-8-golang-1.26 variant based on rhel-8-golang-1.25, bumped to golang 1.26. Adds rhel-8 repos to merged group.yml and rhel8 stream to merged streams.yml. Key differences from rhel-9: includes delve and go-toolset* in golang rpms, uses dist (not eus) repos, llvm-toolset-17* for cross-compilation, network_mode: open for konflux. Create rhel-10-golang-1.26 variant based on rhel-10-golang-1.24, bumped to golang 1.26 with MAJOR=4 MINOR=22. Adds rhel-10 repos to merged group.yml and rhel10 stream to merged streams.yml. No cross-compilation support for rhel-10 (matching existing rhel-10-golang-1.24). Fixed SUMMARY to say RHEL10 instead of RHEL9 (bug in original).
