Move inactive members to emeritus

The following members have had no activity in open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go-instrumentation since 2026-01-01 and are being moved to emeritus:

  • @edeNFed (Maintainer, Remove from team(s): go-instrumentation-approvers, go-instrumentation-maintainers, go-instrumentation-triagers)
  • @pellared (Approver, Remove from team(s): go-instrumentation-approvers, go-instrumentation-triagers)

Important

Before merging, a Maintainer should remove the user(s) from:

  • The listed team(s) in GitHub
  • Any relevant private channels on Slack
  • Any relevant package managers used for publishing

This PR was automatically generated by the move-to-emeritus workflow.

maintainers of this repo should also consider moving the maintainers/approvers/triagers/emeritus information from the Contributing doc to the Readme, to keep consistent with other repos. Or you can manually adjust this PR to add the changes to the Contributing file
