为黏贴板条目增加「另存为」功能，特别是方便截图的另存为。
缘起：有一个表单让我提供截图，然后我咔哧咔哧的截了好几张，准备去表单里直接黏贴，结果人家要文件上传，然后我找到 PasteMemo找到了对应的图片，想另存为文件，结果没有入口，一怒之下，AI 一下吧，把这个小功能给补充上了。
