Properly updating ctxlogrus package to reflect deprecated state

This pr simply updates the state of the README for the ctxlogrus package to reflect that the path
"github.com/grpc-ecosystem/go-grpc-middleware/tags/logrus" is now deprecated. Pure documentation update.
