What
Adds a
managed-agentsdevelopment plugin mirroring the structure ofagent-sdk-dev:/new-managed-agentslash command: scaffolds a Python or TypeScript Managed Agents app. WebFetches the current docs, walks through language/tool choices, and generates a two-script starter (setup creates the agent+environment once and persists IDs; run creates a session and drives the event loop).managed-agent-verifier-py/managed-agent-verifier-tssubagents: validate SDK version, agent/session split, event handling, and offer an end-to-end run.Why
Claude Managed Agents shipped to public beta on April 7 but has no plugin in this marketplace, while the Agent SDK does (
agent-sdk-dev). A fresh Claude Code session asked to "build a managed agent" falls back to model knowledge, which is pre-beta: wrong header, wrong field names, several rounds of 400s before anything works. This closes the gap.Design
The command WebFetches platform.claude.com/docs at runtime rather than embedding API shapes, so it stays current as the beta evolves. Same pattern as
agent-sdk-dev.
