This PR adds 4 scripts alongside updated docker commands and CI validation. The scripts can be broken up into ingress and http routes and between setup and cleanup. Basically, depending on the script that's ran, either ingress or http route objects will be created in the cluster and each one will have a unique domain name. This is to test externalDNS reconciliation efforts.
