Add Kafka Exporter

I was wondering if it made sense to add the Kafka exporter in order to export Prometheus metrics from the Kafka deployment.

Can you explain why using PRometheus instrumentation instead of OpenTelemetry native instrumentation with the OpenTelemetry Collector Kafka MEtrics Receiver?

Oh, to be honest, I didn't even know there was one. Is this what is currently implemented with the opentelemetry-demo?

I'm going to ask @rohanarora on my team to respond as he was the one who originally implemented this for our use case. Maybe he was not aware about it as well.

Looked into it and @rohanarora, looks like we get the same metrics by using the OTel version, so I will opt for this now to avoid adding a new component.
