Is not possible to create ReadWriteMany persistent volumes without vSAN File?
Datastores can already be accessible by the hosts using a HA iSCSI target.

When there is HA(Shared) iSCSI target accessible on all hosts, Datastores are accessible on all kubernetes nodes.
Many enterprises setups are using storage solutions other than vSAN for block storage and this becomes a problem.
