frontend: Pod logs view does not preserve auto-scroll preference between sessions

Current Behavior

The auto-scroll setting in the logs viewer resets after reopening the application or switching pages.

Expected Behavior

Headlamp should persist the user's last selected auto-scroll preference locally.

Why This Matters

Users monitoring live logs often rely on consistent behavior between sessions.
