Cut v0.2.2 release to include DRAPartitionableDevices support

As PR #150 (Add DRAPartitionableDevices support) merged, adding SharedCounters and ConsumesCounters support for partitionable devices. This enables testing DRA partitionable device workflows with the example driver, which is needed by downstream consumers like Kueue (kubernetes-sigs/kueue#10320) for e2e testing.

Could we cut a v0.2.2 release to make this available?

I'm not sure yet when the next release will be cut. In the meantime, there are prebuilt artifacts built from the main branch in staging repositories which you might be able to use:

• Helm chart: oci://us-central1-docker.pkg.dev/k8s-staging-images/dra-example-driver/charts/dra-example-driver:0.2.1-81-g70f9b54

Those are fine for 2 months but they expire.

The main reason we need a release is to have e2e tests for partionable devices for Kueue e2e.
