Conceptually integrate Minikube e2e workflow into GKE branch

The concepts described in PR #168 and the work done for the Minikube integration in this branch (main...nestoracunablanco:dra-example-driver:ci/e2eMinikubeWorkflow) overlap.
This issue tracks the conceptual integration of the Minikube-related branch into the GKE-related branch.

Hi @pohly — since I'm new to your process: does "Ready" mean we can start implementation, or is further discussion/clarification required?

It's not that well defined. Consider it "ready for discussion or implementation, depending on issue comments". "Backlog" is for issues which are known to be not ready for reasons outlined in the issue.
