[BUG] : Attachment are sent when the page is refreshed

Description:

I have found a bug, in which when a user sends an attachment, it is not sent immediately when the user clicks the send button, but instead it is sent when the page is refreshed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Chat window
2. Select Attachment
3. Click the Send Button

Expected behavior:

The image should be sent without refreshing the page
